| I wish I had 24 hours left! |
So it's Friday, and the game is tomorrow. I'm not sure I'll be able to make all the remaining Titans in time, but by the Emperor I'm going to try!
Progress so far... Everything is cut out, which is good, I have the whole upper body assembled plus the majority of the head. The detachable top half isn't together yet, but that'll take all of 3 minutes each. The guns aren't done, yet either, but all the stuff is there ready for me to slap them together.
But then comes the fun part, the legs are cut out and ready for assembly which won't take nearly as long as I remembered (due to some of the structural improvements I made to the original templates) but the feet are likely going to be what kills me. They are 11 individual pieces each (and I have to make 6 of them), and a pain to assemble in the best of times... and that doesn't even include rolling all the pistons! I might actually skimp on the pistons if I think I don't have the time to finish. Hopefully the structure alone will suffice (I did intentionally build with a bias for light materials, so I'm not super worried.)
